Welcome to the third week of the A to Z Challenge. My theme for this year is flowers, and my quest is to improve my skills on photoshop.
Nicotiana is another flower that I used to grow in my garden. The trumpet shaped flowers bloom at dusk. It sends out its sweet perfume at night. Although the flowers come in different colors, I always grew the white ones. One kind of nicotiana is the tobacco plant used to make cigarettes, etc.
It never gets very dark in the city–there are lights everywhere. Still, I liked to go sit on the back steps and look at the flowers glowing in the moonlight and the alley light and breathe the lovely scent. I don’t miss my old house, although I loved it. But I do miss my wild garden with rainbows of colors and scents.
