Absolutely! This course is designed especially for beginners. I guide you step-by-step through each part of making your mouse — no prior experience needed. If you can poke a needle, you can needle felt!

No worries! Needle felting is very flexible. I'll show you exactly what you need, but you can often substitute colors or use what you have on hand. I also offer a ready-to-go kit if you prefer a simple start! (Contact me for info about the kit—I just have a few left.)

You can go at your own pace! Each video is short and focused, so you could complete your mouse in just an hour or so — or spread it out over a few cozy crafting sessions. It’s all about enjoying the process!

Yes! Children ages 6 and up can enjoy needle felting with adult supervision (since the needles are sharp). By age 9 or 10, many kids are able to felt independently after learning the basics. You know your child and whether they are ready yet.
