Length: 30 minutes – Free

You don’t have to have the “perfect” reason for reaching out. You just have to be curious about what’s stirring in you.

This 30-minute conversation is a chance for us to meet in real time—
to share a cup of tea (virtually) and explore:

  • What’s calling you forward right now

  • What dreams or parts of yourself you’re longing to reconnect with

  • How I can best support you through Beautiful Dreamer Coaching or other offerings

There’s no pressure or expectation—just an open, soulful space to listen, reflect, and feel whether working together feels right.

At the end of our call, you’ll have clarity about whether this journey is the next step for you, and if so, we’ll talk about the details and your best starting point.

Each journey is unique. Depending on what’s alive for you, we may work with:

  • Dreamwork, meditation, and body-based listening

  • Tending to grief, transition, or long-held emotion

  • Rekindling your creativity, voice, or sacred fire

  • Rewriting inner narratives with compassion and symbolic language

  • Remembering your wise self and reconnecting with unseen allies

  • Rituals and energy practices for grounding, clearing, and visioning

We’ll follow the threads of your dreams and gently meet what arises.

  • 2 private 75-minute sessions/month (via Zoom or phone – 6 sessions total)

  • Personalized guided practices, meditations, or creative invitations between sessions

  • Email and Text support between calls

  • A final intuitive reflection, image, or soul story to honor your journey

  • Option to add Reiki or Sound Healing sessions for deeper integration

🌿 Between-Session Support

Our work together doesn’t end when the session does.
Between our meetings, you’ll have gentle, ongoing support to help you stay connected to your dreams and insights as they unfold.

You can reach out to me by email or text to share reflections, questions, or moments of inspiration, and I’ll respond within two business days. This space is here for:

  • Celebrating breakthroughs or “aha” moments

  • Asking questions that arise between sessions

  • Receiving encouragement or gentle course corrections

  • Deepening a practice we’ve begun together
